No. 15 Potassium iodate (D12)
Properties: This is the most important mineral for blood composition and is also the most important mineral for high blood pressure. It is the thyroid gland. It is present in almost all cells, but especially in the thyroid gland, liver, spleen, kidneys, stomach, skin, hair, and nails.
Uses: For high blood pressure; activates heart and brain function; treats a tendency to chronic skin and mucous membrane inflammation; promotes appetite and digestion. Also effective for arteriosclerosis and rheumatic swollen joints. Increased metabolism resulting in obesity or weight loss. For chronic spasmodic throat clearing. Also effective for dizziness and sudden sweating.
Note: Enhances the body's immune system and all inflamed joints. It helps with a tendency to be dejected, tearful, almost depressed, palpitations, whining and complaining, and mild irritability and restlessness. It also helps with old emotional wounds sustained in the past but still unresolved. It also helps with an intolerance to rest and warmth. Growing children need a lot of this mineral. For thyroid problems, start with 5 to 7 tablets per day in the first week, increasing to 15 tablets by the eighth week. Ferrum phosphoricum (no. 3), Kalium bromatum (no. 14), Lithium chloratum (no. 16), Manganum sulfuricum (no. 17), Zincum chloratum (no. 21), and Selenium (no. 26), together with Kalium iodatum, support thyroid function.
